Among the Turkish tribes stretching in a wide geography from Central Asia to Balkans, Republic of Turkey became an unifying factor in this field.

Although Turks have located in a very wide geography and have different religions, different types of administration and different geographical conditions, they all knew to save the inner dynamics of Turkish culture. That’s why it is not possible to ignore the unifying and integrative characteristic of Turkish culture and that’s why it is required to determine and analyse the live cultural values experiencing by Turkish tribes under different geographies and different social and political conditions.

Moving from this basic idea, “2nd International Congress on Culture in Turkish World” will be held on 19-25th April 2010 following the scientific meeting of “1st International Congress on Turkish World Culture” hold in İzmir/Çeşme-Ilıca in 2006.
